Q:Our insurance expires in 1 week, I want to go back when flights to india start which is unknown right now. In that case can I keep extending my insurance 1 month at a time multiple times (Eg keep extending 1 month every month till I go back to india ? Or Is the extension allowed only once ?

Q:Our claim for travel insurance (TravelGuard/AIG) was denied. Policy purchased January (through Expedia), trip cancelled February -- due to covid outbreak. (We were traveling to Kuwait. This claim was solely for the hotel booking.) I have called twice to get clarification from AIG about the denial. Most recently, the last customer service rep read me the same clause but seemed to strongly "suggest" -- without actually saying how -- that we file an appeal...she used wording like...domino effect, multiple factors, etc. and encouraged me to file if I thought there was cause. I really felt like she was trying to help us out. So I am now preparing an appeal. But I just want to make sure I get the wording right...anyone had any success? My basic contention is that we had "trip cancellation insurance" at 100%, but the claim was denied.
