Q:I'm pursuing my Master of Science in Analytics at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. I'm on a F1-visa and I'm planning to waive the NU-SHIP(health insurance plan at NU). I will be graduating in December 2020 and will be applying for an OPT. I'm interested in the StudentSecure Elite plan and want to understand if the plan could be used to waive off the NU-SHIP.
