When you purchase Visitors Care Lite, you’ll receive an email with a virtual ID card, and a physical card will be mailed to you the next business day. When presenting this card to a healthcare provider, they can choose to bill the insurance company directly.
Fixed Coverage
Visitors Care Lite is a fixed coverage plan. This means it pays a fixed amount for each procedure once you have met the deductible for the policy period. If the cost of the procedure exceeds the fixed amount, you would be responsible for paying the difference.
If the visit is going to be longer than you initially expected, you can renew Visitors Care Lite coverage for as few as five days, or up to 12 months. If you need to cancel coverage early, you can do so for a nominal $25 cancellation fee if no claims have been filed.

Visitors Care Lite insurance provides coverage for COVID-19 just as it would cover any other eligible medical condition that occurs after the effective date of the policy.
