My wife who resides in Dominican Republic age 26 will be coming to USA shortly within a few months on spouse visa, as far as I understand she will receive a conditional green card for two years because our marriage is new. She is not and will not be a USA citizens, but will hold gree card, can she use your plans (such as patriot plus)and can she use this up to two years.....

In her situation you may purchase the Patriot America Plus plan, but this application is available as long as the insured has a residence address outside of the U.S. Another option is the Safe Travels USA Comprehensive plan. This plan will cover the insured until their green card is approved. Once the greencard is approved you may purchase a short term health insurance plan such as the National General plan which will cover the insured until they are eligible for domestic insurance.
