I need insurance for my parents (Indian citizen) who will be travelling to US next week and then to Canada before returning to India in August end. I wanted to understand if I should buy single policy (international) or separate ones for US & Canada. Also, how will the hospitalization be paid if there is emergency on the way or in Canada if international coverage is the best option.

We can email the quotes to you if you would like to provide the details. We would need the dates of travel and the ages of the insured. If there is an emergency during travel you would contact the phone number provided on the ID card to notify the claims department and they can make arrangements with the provider directly.
