I am trying to buy insurance for my sister who is an Indian Citizen living in Canada and visiting me in Maryland US for 12 days. She is arriving in the US today at 6PM and departing on September 4th in the evening. While filling up the details, about applicant information, it gives a message, if the applicant is physically located in the country of Canada during this quoting session, then the purchase is prohibited and must be cancelled by clicking the cancelled button. How and should I purchase then, if she is already, THEN IT IS ALSO PROHIBITED.
I think you were purchasing Atlas America plan. That plan you can't purchase if the insured person is physically located in CA and MD at the time of application. So you need to purchase Safe Travels USA Comprehensive coverage plan.
