Do you have any health insurance product for a US citizen living abroad but coming to US for higher education. My daughter age 18 will be studying in Pennsylvania and residing in campus for about 9 months in 2017-18.
We can short Term plan insurance to her as long as her home country is outside US and after finishing the study she is willing to go back to her home country or you can do Obama care plan for her under special enrollment period.
Short Term plan: Diplomat America.
Long term plan we don't provide in state of PA.
