I am originally from the States but live in Spain with my husband (who is a Spanish citizen). We will be traveling to see my family in Florida for the holidays. I am pregnant with twins and will be 24 weeks when we return back to Spain. I want to make sure that I will be covered in case something goes wrong with my pregnancy. Or if I am unable to travel to the States to begin with. Thanks so much!
