I'm a US citizen (plus my dependent 4 year old son also a US citizen) living abroad indefinitely and traveling to the US for about 3 weeks. I want the comprehensive medical coverage plan with $250 deductible and max payout of at least $200,000

These plans will only cover the new accidents and new illnesses that happen after the effective date of the policy.
