I am a US citizen who has lived outside of the US for over 5 years now. I will be back home for 3 weeks to visit, and would like temporary insurance while I am back. I looked at the options and found the below Diplomat America coverage. Please let me know if this covers me (American citizen who lives outside the US, but visiting the US)? And how do I proceed with payment?
You can purchase Diplomat America plan for USC whose home country is outside US and visiting US for a short duration.
