We reached USA in November 2021 and were having Travel Insurance Policy from Indian Company TATA AIG. We had to extend our stay in USA beyond six months because we applied for Immigration Status Change. Last month our travel Insurance policy expired after 365 days and can't be renewed and we are still in USA. Do you have any Medical Insurance Plan that will cater our requirement with our current status being Indian Citizen residing in USA and waiting for the Green Card.
You can purchase insurance Patriot America Plus Insurance until you get green card approval notification. As soon as your green card approve will no longer be for eligible to continue this insurance. There are some state restriction under this plan.
