My parents entered US in Jun 2019 on a valid B1 B2 visa. On their I94 they were allowed to stay 6 months. While they were here I applied for there green card and I have received I-797C notice of action for pending I-485 application. Do you think with the pending application they will be applicable to get an insurance with full coverage from you?
