There are many stringent requirements, including but not limited to:
PCI DSS has six major objectives, 12 key requirements, 78 base requirements, and over 400 test procedures. Click here for more information.

I am 74 years and my wife 73 years old, have come to USA on green card in Dec 2018. We plan to stay here for 6 months. We need short term health insurance plan, which should cover our pre existing conditions. Please suggest us plans suitable for us
Short term plans are NOT meant to cover pre-existing conditions. They would cover any new medical conditions, injuries or accidents that occur after the effective date of the policy.
We have 2 sections that provide coverage to green card holders.
The one provided below, The New Immigrant plans link, is for green card holders who will be staying in the U.S. for more than 6 months, residing here permanently . They are only available If the green card holder is not eligible for Medicare, or any domestic insurance plan offered in the state in which they will be residing. If they are eligible for either of those insurances, they would have to enroll into them, and they would not be eligible for any of these plans. You would have to run these quotes yourself, as they will have you choose different options including deductible to determine cost.
If a green card holder is coming to stay in the U.S., but for 6 months or less, we have plans for Visiting with green card, and have listed that link below. There is one plan under this section that does have acute onset benefits, but it is a benefit only offered to people 69 years of age or younger.
Therefore, there are no plans available to you, that will cover pre-existing conditions, or the acute onset of pre-existing conditions.
