I wanted to sign up for the program for September and October since I will visit the US as an exchange scholar (J1-visa). I filled in all my data and received following message: "Unfortunately, coverage for your selections cannot be purchased. Please contact your agent with any questions." I am an Austrian citizen currently living in Zurich, Switzerland, 25 years old and male. Other than that I filled out my Email address as well as my cell phone number. Can you help me with the process? The requirements I need for J-1 are: -Maximum coverage for medical benefits not below $ 100,000 per accident or illness -Repatriation of remains at least $ 25,000 -Medical evacuation of at least $ 50,000 -Deductible not more than $ 500 -At least 75% of medical expenses are covered
