I am a Research Scholar from Egypt on J-1 visa and I'm interested in buying the Patriot Exchange Program insurance ($100,000 max). My question is: is this plan compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA)? If yes, can you point out to me where in the contract is this stated or how can I prove to the university it is ACA compliant? If no, can you suggest other plans that meets both J1 visa and ACA requirements?
We do not offer any ACA compliant plans.
Patriot Exchange Program or any other insurance plan we offer are not ACA compliant.
