Hi I like to purchase a medical insurance plan for my wife, which should meet J2 visa requirements for immigration from India to USA. Below are my institute minimum requirements. 1. The insurance must cover from 1st February 2020 to 20th October 2020 2. Medical benefits must provide a minimum of $100,000 per accident or illness. 3. Medical evacuation must be covered in the amount of $50,000, minimum. 4. Repatriation must be covered in the amount of $25,000, minimum. 5. The deductible must not exceed $500 per accident or illness. 6. Individuals who are Resident Aliens for tax purposes are subject to the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). kindly send me few plans which meet the above criteria. Also, send some plans which may not meet ACA compliance
