I am an international student from Italy. I will start a master degree on January 7th 2019 at Florida International University (FIU) main campus in Miami. I would like to purchase an insurance plan with you, but in order to do it, the plan must fulfill the minimum standard requirements. You need to verify that the basic benefits are included in the policy I will do with you. Otherwise, this policy won't be accepted. I am going to attach the form you need to follow. Moreover, even though I start the master degree on January 7th 2019, I will arrive in Miami on December 11th 2018. So, if it is possible I would like to start the policy on the day I arrive until August 16th 2019 as the University requires. Before you complete the form and send it to FIU Student Health Services, I would like to know which plan fits my needs.
