I am a PhD student from Lithuania. I?ll be visiting the US under a F-1 student visa for my three month (01-March-2017 ? 31-May-2017) PhD internship in University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. University requirements for the health insurance are as follows: 1. The plan covers a minimum of $500,000 US in medical benefits due to illness, accident or injury per plan year. 2.
