My wife and I are currently in the US, planning on moving to Saint Kitts & Nevis island when the virus is lifted for us to travel in the next few months to attend medical school for 20 months. We hope to get pregnant soon or by next year. We want student travel insurance that would cover us while we are in the Caribbean for 20 months including maternity care. Also, if we decided to fly from Saint Kitts to Florida to deliver a baby we would want maternity care coverage. We are US Citizens.
We believe the plan below may meet your needs for your specific situation.
There are different coverage levels- Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
You would have to select the Platinum level for there to be coverage for maternity and that benefit does have a 10 month waiting period.
