We, the five faculty members of Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed University, Dindigul Dt.,,Tamil Nadu, India are visiting University of North Florida, USA under J1 Visa for the period of one month between 15.04.2017 and 15.05.2017 As per the instructions of Director, International Affairs, UNF, we are required to take health insurance for the period of our stay at USA. In this regard, we already sent the format prescribed by UNF to you and asked for your suggestion of policy plan that suits our case. You have replied to our mail and suggested us to go for day basis plans. We would like to go for a plan for 34 days including travel days too (from 14.04.2017 to 17.05.2017) for all the five members individually. Kindly please go through the attachment once again and please suggest us a plan that goes by day basis covering this 34 days and who can endorse the form prescribed by UNF. Kindly suggest us and treat this mail most urgent. Upon receipt of your suggestion,We would like to purchase immediately.
You can purchase Atlas Exchange plan with 12 months pre-ex. Which meets all the requirements sent by you.
Once you purchased insurance. You can send us the form with your information. Our compliance dept. will sign and send back to you.
