I am on J-1 visa as a visiting scholar. I have to answer few questions 1. does your insurance provide lifetime/per occurrence miximums no less than $ 100000 2. does your insurance have a deductible of no more than $ 500 per accident or illness? 3. do you have co-insurance of at least 75% of covered medical expenses? 4. does your insurance provide $ 50000 for medical evacuation to your home country? 5. does your insurance provide $ 25000 for repatriation of remains? I have brought one insurance policy from Sri Lanka and it covers $50000 and only $ 4000 in item 5. What is your solution to this?
