Good afternoon. Can I purchase medical insurance from you for my stay in the USA ( Maine ). I am already in the USA. I need coverage thru the end of February 2021. I am a Canadian resident. I do NOT require COVID coverage.

Some will include benefits for Covid-19 and some will not, you can certainly choose one that does not if you are not interested in those benefits.
You already being in the U.S. and in Maine will not prevent you from purchasing.
However, keep in mind that the plans for visitors will cover for new illnesses and new injuries that occur or manifest after the effective date. They do not cover things that are preventative, routine, or pre-existing. Some plans do include Acute onset benefits of pre-existing conditions and I have attached the information link below to explain that benefit option. /visitor-insurance-acute-onset-of-pre-existing-conditions/
