Need information related to Authorization I got two claims. First claim billed in HCFA with 21 POS and second one is Hospital claim. Authorization is given for inpatient hospital stay.if the Auth is referred on HCFA claim the units is countable or not . if AUth approved units is 4 for inpatient stay and the auth reffered on Hcfa claim the units will reduce or not. ALso the same Apporved units are used in UB .please suggest me.
