Hello, In most cases, if you go in network the providers (doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, etc.) will bill directly but there is no way to guarantee which providers will or will not. The only way you can get more information about the billing practice is to contact the providers directly. If you do contact them you will need to reference the PPO network names such as First Health, Coventry or Multiplan PPO. If an provider chooses not to bill directly then you will have to pay upfront & then file for reimbursement. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
