Insurance Application Question Hi - My parents are visiting US and i was trying to buy health insurance on insubuy.com. My mother doesn't have a Last name on her passport everything is included in the first name on the passport. How should I enter her name on the policy details?

When completing and application You will enter her first name in the proper field and for the last name you will use the acronym LNU (Last Name Unknown) in the surname field.
