Visitors Insurance Policy Extension Hi, Am considering to buy "Inbound Guest" insurance for my aunt/uncle who are planning to visit USA. Since their plans of stay in US is unclear, thinking of buying shorter term first and then extending it later. Can you pls. clarify if there are any conditions attached for such policy duration extension? Thanks
Hello, You can buy month to month. The only difference in cost is there is a $5.00 renewal fee every time you renew it. Since that plan has a per incident deductible that will not affect anything. Be sure and read the brochure before you purchase any plan so you know exactly what is covered. That is a very BASIC plan and if something major happens you will have a lot of out of pocket expenses. It is always recommended to go with a comprehensive plan . We had a client fall down the stairs and needed a $30,000 surgery. Inboung Guest only pays $3960 for surgerys so be aware of what you are buying.
