I am from Bangladesh and i have multiple tourist visa of USA of 5 years and i had already visited USA once with my family. Recently i found that i have diabetes and i am 54 years old. I want to visit USA for a thorough check up and i have some shoulder problem too and my shoulder problem may lead to operation. What are the facilities for a tourist to make insurance and show doctors there? And i want to make insurance of about $40,000-50,000(USD).How can i do this?
