Questions before buying travel insurance I have several questions re the travel insurance policy before I purchase your products. Three travelers will travel to USA and Canada, their information are as follows: Traveler 1: male, 50, HK Citizen Traveler 2: female, 45， Chinese-Canadian Traveler 3: Child, 10, Chinese-Canadian They are currently living in Mainland China, but will be in Canada from 18 June 2016 - 10 July 2016, and in USA from 11 July 2016 - 21 July 2016. They want to buy the travel insurance to cover the accident and illness during they are in Canada and USA, but want to confirm: 1. Could you please recommend which product is fit for them? 2. If your products includes direct billing service which could save their large-sum cash payment and the trouble of submitting claim materials when the accident happened? It would be great if you could reply ASAP and guide us on how to choose your insurance products. Looking forward to you reply.
Please look at /atlasamerica-insurance/ It will cover anywhere outside the home country. Atlas America plan participates in First Health PPO network that has participating providers all across the U.S. In Canada, there is no such concept. Therefore, it would be up to the provider to bill directly or not. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
