I am citizen of Ukraine. Our son, born January 23, 2000, lives in the United States, Michigan Kalkaska. He studies in the Hockey Academy. We need insurance for our son. What plans do you have for him which cover: 1. for non-resident US 2. the period of insured: from today until March 31 2017. 3. deductible = 0 4. hospitals or medical institutions in Kalkaska or Travese City 5. Include injury during training and competition I ask you to provide us with a different insurance coverage level from maximum to the optimum Coverage Plan.
