Hello, my name is Marcela and I am tourist in United States. My visa expires at the end of November. I experienced UTI infection and paid 200$ at the doctor. I don't want to pay a lot of money again at the doctor so I am looking for health insurance options. Could you please tell me what type of the insurance would work for me so I can purchase it?? And not to worry about this anymore??? I am on tourist visa, Esta visa waiver program (allowance to be in USA 90 days) and I am 26 years old, travelling from Slovakia. Do they accept this insurance in most local health providers??
I would recommend 2 plans for coverage for you to consider.
There is a plan called Atlas America that you would be eligible for and a plan called Patriot America Plus. These plans are designed to cover any new accident or illness that occurs after the effective date of the policy.
