Does it cover my Air travel death/medical /flight delay/theft etc.from India to USA & vice versa. Does it cover covid treatment if it takes place during flight or after reaching USA How much is approx. cost of covid treatment in USA in a cleavland hospital ,so accordingly we take total insurance value. I need to buy this policy online only since i am in India or do you have any establishment or arrangement here for physical visit & get insured after discussions. My son is in USA so insurance card will be delivered at his address I will visit USA after one month.Can I take policy right now for future date

The plans that are available on the market for Visitors to the USA are designed to cover the new illnesses and injuries that manifest in the body after the effective date of the policy. They will exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions, preventative and routine care. The plans that include coverage for COVID-19 will treat the expenses related to it as any other new illness should it manifest in the body after the effective date of the policy.
Majority of the plans have benefits for medical evacuation and repatriation. We would be unable to provide information regarding medical costs other than that they are typically higher in the US. You would need to consult with a medical professional to determine what they cost for their services. Keep in mind that medical expenses in the US can become costly.

The plans are able to be purchased for a future date and you may input a mailing address in the US for documents to mailed if the plan mails documents.
