Buy two visitors insurances I am thinking of buy two medical insurances for my Dad who is visiting me in the U.S? Is there any law against buying two different insurances? Thanks,
There is no law that says you can't buy two insurance policies. However, the question is why you would like to do so?
Well one covers pre-exisitng but its a fixed plan, but better to have that than not. The other would be a comprehensive plan which does not cover pre-existing at all in any form or shape, but works great for all other emergencies.
