Traveling to USA from Italy Hello, i'm an italian man 33yo, travelling to usa with 32yo wife and 3yo daughter. I'm considering to apply to a us insurance travel policy to face medical expenses during our trip, if necessary. What i need is a company that pays directly all the expenses with no deductible at all with 1.000.000 max/person. I found atlas company suitable and very closed to what i'm looking for. I'd like also to know how to manage the situation if something happens, have i to call the insurance company or just to show the certificate to the hospital staff? Can you suggest me an insurance company or can you suggest me to apply with an italian travel insurance instead? Please, can you contact me by email to give some explanation? 1. No, we don’t offer liability insurance. In the US, the same company does not offer medical as well as liability insurance as those are two different lines. 2. Regarding out of network claims, please read /international-travel-insurance/ Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Oh perfect, I read the claim process, it's very clear. 1. Our trip will start the 15th October, if I apply today with Atlas America how long does it take to get the ID card or certificate of insurance? 2. Can you suggest me some U.S. Insurance companies covering for personal liability? Thanks
1. You will get everything in the email right away. Paper documents can be mailed to you the next business day. 2. I wish I could help. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any such providers, especially for people just visiting or temporarily in the US.

Yes, they are enough. Most people get everything by email only, nothing by paper.
