Travel Medical Insurance Esteemed INSUBUY, My wife and I have used your Company for a Travel Medical Insurance with Atlas International many times. Due to business we will have to travel to Mexico, Central and South America for ten (10) months a year. USA and Canada excluded. We are italian citizens resident in Italy. It is important for us to know as follows: 1) Is it possible to be insured for the above mentioned countries and time. 2) In case of Hospital Emergency Recovery will your Insurance cover and pay directly the Hospital, after having informed you. 3) If you have a list of facilities in those countries Besides we would like to know if your Call Center has operators that speak either Spanish or Italian. You can purchase Atlas America that will provide you coverage anywhere in the world except your home country. If you purchase Atlas International that will not provide you coverage in USA. So if you need coverage in USA and other countries you need to purchase Atlas America plan. Here is the link for PPO network for USA and outside USA, /travel-and-student-insurance-ppo-network/ For hospitalization i have never heard that client had to pay to the hospital. So you don't need to worry for hospitalization. Our call center don't have any agent who speaks either Spanish or Italian. We are US based company.
