I completely understand you specifically asked that I should not respond to this. (By the way, I don't write anything inaccurate, anyway). However, as no one has responded in a couple of days, let me clarify something. Unlike other web sites such as immigration etc. where people routinely hang out because their greeen card processing takes many years and they are constantly looking for useful information, for example, most people come to this web site when they are looking for information to buy the insurance, or they bought some insurance (either the ones we sell or the ones we don't) and had some negative experience and want to write about it or looking for some help. It is not normal for many people to routinely hang out on this discussion forum. Most people look for information, buy something and go away. And most of those people either don't end up filing the claim or don't experience any problem. As a consumer, I myself would not hang out on Aetna's or Blue Cross Blue Shield's web sites and post positive experiences every time some one in my family happened to go to the doctor. That is because most consumers simply don't care. That is a fact of the life. I hope you understand what I am trying to explain. And I really hope that more and more people provide their feedback as that is the only way even for us to know about various plans and various companies experiences. Unfortunately, the positive ones are rarely posted.
