You can make instant purchase of Protection America at /patriot-america-lite/visitor-insurance/ It is better to buy insurance from US company (or at least the company with US administration) as you get health insurance, it has PPO network, direct settlement of claims, renewable, refundable etc. which you may not get if you buy from India. Also, both Protection America and Patriot America are comprehensive coverage plans. (/visitors-insurance-comprehensive-coverage-plans/) while many plans from India are fixed coverage plans (/visitors-insurance-fixed-coverage-plans/) for ages over 55 years.
