Some of the plans we offer cover loss of checked luggage or loss of passport etc. However, please note that those are small benefits on the side. Your main concern should be to get proper medical coverage that is easy to use and adequate when you really need it. No. Not for the doctor visit but you do have to notify for major things like surgery, hospitalization etc. That is called pre certification or pre notification.
