I'm English and moved to NY about 8 years ago, my mom would like to come for a visit to see me and her grandchildren. The trouble is, she has a number of pre-existing conditions and is on a few medications, one of which is a prescribed controlled substance. Do you have a sales department that could reach out to me to get a quote for travel insurance for her? We would want her covered in the event of anything happening at all, and maybe the ability to refill a prescription should she not have enough when she is over. She is 57 and a UK citizen. Her planned trip is May of 2018 for 4-6 weeks, depending on how much of her medicine she can bring with her, or if she can refill a script here. If you don't have a sales department that would produce a quote for me, do you have any ideas of who I would contact next? I want to try and have some news to her on budgets and such as soon as we can so we can save and plan accordingly.
