Comprehensive insurance for 2 months I intend to visit Utah state in USA to visit my son for 3 months. I am 59+ and got VRS as an officer from Central Govt. Corporation. I have been given 2 years multientry visa. Will you please advise me comprehansive health insurance plan with cost and coverage enabling me to arrive at a decision?
Thank you for your interest in purchasing medical insurance from us. We have several different comprehensive coverage plans from different companies. Currently, Protection America from IMG is the best plan available that has big network of doctors and hospitals that accept the insurance and bill directly. It is renewable in case you extend your trip. Please look at Protection America at /visitor-insurance/ It is 3rd plan from top. If you take $50,000 coverage with $250 deductible, it will cost you $135/month. If you get sick or injured, you have to first pay $250 one time for entire policy period, after that insurance company pays 80% for first $5,000 expense, you pay 20% for first $5,000 expense (out of network, is 70% - 30%). After $5,000, insurance company pays 100% up to $50,000. If you want $100,000 coverage, it is $165/month. $500,000 is $199/month. $1,000,000 is $229/month You can also choose $100 deductible with 10% more premium, or $500 deductible with 10% less premium.
