Hello, Thank you very much, I have gone through the link provided. I am all clear except, have following doubt based on situation my family member has. My father had partial seizures in November 2012. He is taking anti epileptic medications currently. He is doing good and planning to visit my place. By any chance (I hope that wouldn't be the case, praying to god), if he will have stroke during his visit to USA, will that be fall into "An acute onset Pre existing Condition"? Thank you,
