Visitor travel insurance To whom it may concern. I am a 23 year old male and intend to motorbike from NYS to LA between the 28th of April and the 22nd June and am interested in obtaining a quote for medical/travel insurance. I will arrive into Toronto on the 28th of April and cross the border into New York State within two days. I will then motorbike across the US and am flying out of LA on the 22nd of June. I currently hold a NZ learners licence for a motorbike and in my country this restricts me to riding a motorbike of only 250cc because we have to progress through the classes of learners, restricted and full licence in order to qualify to ride a bigger bike. However this takes several years. And even though I have been riding motorbikes for 5 years, insurance companies in NZ will not insure me if i intend to ride across america on say a 600cc motorbike. Given that in the US there are no restrictions on the size of bike a person can ride nor are there rules surrounding progressing through the classes of several licences, would your company be willing to insure me if I rode a 600cc?
