Vision insurance- Is it included in my plan? Hello, Dear, Recently, my son usually said he felt pain in his eyes. because he has ametropia in his eyes, he often felt pain in his eyes after he have taken his pool swimming in PE class. I doubt the ametropia in his eyes becomes worse than before. Maybe he need to change a new glasses for his eyes. So I want to take him to shopko vision store to have his eyes overall checked, and want to know whether the medical Insure i purchased in IMG can cover the eye check and glasses. Hello, The plans are medical plans and do not cover expenses for an eye exam. There is a plan called Careington that will provide discounts for dental and vision. /individual-family-dental-plans/ If you have any questions please feel free to contact our office.
