My mother has been covered Patriot International for the last few months while she was in Canada. Now she's traveling to US and I'd like to extend this policy but would like to change it to include USA in coverage area. I could not figure out a way to change coverage area while trying to extend online. Is it possible to extend this policy with the new coverage area ?

It is not possible to change the coverage area this plan as it only covers outside of the United Sates. You would have to purchase the Patriot America or Patriot America Plus option to have coverage in the United States included.
