Hi I was robbed about 3 weeks ago. Im just noticing now cause I was budgeting and searching for my cash. The event took place at this Airbnb/Hotel in Rome. A cleaning person came in and I was advised no cleaning person was to come in that day and someone did. The other occurrence it could of been was that same place when they kept my luggage somewhere safe after checking out cause my flight was later on .It was 2000.00 stolen Can I file a claim for this.
You can log into your my account and under claim forms file a claim for reimbursement. If you are having issues filing it you can always call the number on the back of your ID card for more assistance regarding it.
