I live in Buffalo NY state and will be visiting England, France, Belgium and Spain in 2023, leaving the USA on January 13th and returning on May 25th. I am 74 years old female with a controlled heart condition. The visits will not include any cruises. I am looking for travel insurance but as the trip is a gift, medical and repatriation cover is the priority for cover ..... please advise

However, the plans that we offer that can include some pre-existing condition coverage as long as someone is
enrolled in a primary health plan in their home country, are not available to NY residents as you are not eligible
for the plan if your mailing address is in NY.
Therefore, the plans that would be available to you would cover for new illnesses that are contracted after the effective date or new injuries after
the effective date of the policy.
The plans will not provide coverage for preventative care, routine maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.
Some of the plans will provide an Acute onset of pre-existing conditions benefit or a Sudden and unexpected recurrence benefit.
