i was just looking at the quotes for travelling to UAE for my family. i am a British citizen with India as my home country.. My date of travel is from 9th May to 16th May. What i am keen to know is the claims process. for e,g while walking i fell down in a park in Dubai and am hospitalized - how will the cashless hospitalization or say surgery if required work out. How quickly do you respond to the hospital in UAE and what is the sort of procedure. as you do realize each country has its own rules etc so i wanted to be sure before purchasing. thanks
Insurance company is always willing to work with the insurance company directly. You can provide the insurance details to the hospital and it really depends upon them how they would like to deal with them. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
