I am a foreign diplomat who has employed a domestic worker and I would need health insurance for her. She is born 2/22/1986 Nationality Filipino Our contract with her is for one year but we will most likely extend it with one or two year even up to four in all I think it is a A-3 visa We live in DC Both she and we arrived in august 2017. She has stayed with us in Denmark where she was cover by her residence permit. How do we go about that? Can you provide me an offer? What do information do you need?
