I come to Switzerland often and have taken out insurance every time with your company. I am here now and before I left the States I took out a policy. At that time you put up a notice about not covering the nCorvid19 for Italy and South Korea. I've extended my policy until April 30th since I'm kind of stuck here. Please reassure me that I'm covered for this if something happens.
The plan will cover any new accidents and new illness that happen after the effective date of the policy. This is a rapidly evolving situation. Make sure to confirm the most current information before making any decisions.
