I am looking to buy OPT insurance for StudentSecureBudget or StudentSecureElite. There are two types of deductibles, with network and without network in deductibles, so does the within network includes all doctors within network or all health clinics. Are the medicines covered in that per incident? Also, does the student health center charges of $35 per incident include doctor visit and medicines? I am going to purchase the insurance from 1st August, but will arrive in the USA on 31st July, so if I purchase online today when will my letters and insurance cards arrive?
That's correct. StduentSecure Elite plan has different benefits for medicine than StduentSecure Budget plan.

As soon as you purchase insurance will receive confirmation by e-mail. Which will have a link to print id card. If you select plastic card in the fulfillment will be mailed to you next business days by regular mail.
