Hi, Would you please answer my two following questions: 1) I tried to get a quote but constantly the website didn't accept for an unknown reason. I am from Iran, my age is 49, student at the University of Memphis, TN, I have been in the US since July 2013 that means more than 5 years, these are required information. I asked quote from 08/14/18 to 12/31/18. 2) I couldn't find the medical network. I would like to know that if some specific clinics or doctors are in your network or not.
